Exchange Policy
Books and merchandise may be exchanged for items of same value. We do not offer cash returns unless a product is damaged. 

Our policy is a 15-day exchange policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request an exchange.  

To be eligible for an exchange your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. All shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Special orders or items paid for with bookfair credit may not be exchanged.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
