Including 100 curated titles from our catalog for fourth-grade Spanish and DLI classrooms, as well as classrooms with heritage Spanish-speakers (and readers!) Complement your instructional program and support all literacy curricula with authentic texts, own voices, and books for students to see themselves and learn about the world. Books included are for independent reading, including middle grade chapter book series, graphic novels and several teacher-directed texts. Independent reading books fall within the Fourth Grade Lexile Range, plus some below and above. As a complement to classroom literacy curricula, the library includes:

Este Kit de Inicio para la Biblioteca Bilingüe para el Aula incluye 100 títulos seleccionados para aulas de cuarto grado. Incluye obras galardonadas de ficción, cuentos populares, cuentos de hadas, poesía, celebraciones y colecciones STEM que abarcan temas como ciencia, tecnología, ingeniería, matemáticas y NGSS. Los libros incluidos son para lectura independiente, incluyendo series de libros de capítulos de grado medio, novelas gráficas y varios textos dirigidos por maestros. Los libros de lectura independientes caen dentro del rango Lexile de cuarto grado, más algunos por debajo y por encima.
